When the wedding dress leaves a tattoo on show, many brides assume it has to be covered on the wedding day. It does not, and I nearly always recommend the opposite.
Why the tattoo is worth showing
A tattoo is not a mark to correct. You chose it, it has its own story, and it is part of who you are, just like your hair or your smile. On your wedding day you do not have to look like someone else, only like yourself, and wearing it is one more way of doing that.
If you would still rather cover it
If, after thinking it over, you prefer it not to show, that is possible too, with a makeup technique designed for it. Before deciding, it helps to know how a tattoo is covered and how long the coverage lasts through a whole day of hugs and contact.
The decision is yours, and at the trial you can see yourself both ways before you choose.
