What data is processed and why

• — Contact form: name, email, phone number, event date and the message you voluntarily send. This data is used only to reply to your enquiry and, if it goes ahead, to manage the professional relationship with you. The form also sends your browser’s time zone and language, so that the local time and the language of the person writing are known.
• — Delivery-failure log: if the email generated by the contact form fails to reach the controller’s inbox, the date, your email address and the failure reason are recorded automatically in an internal file, solely to detect and fix delivery problems.
• — Site analytics (Google Analytics 4): if you accept non-essential cookies in the cookie notice, site usage is measured in aggregate (pages viewed, traffic source) in order to improve it.

Legal basis for processing

Contact-form data is processed because it is necessary, at your own request, to handle a pre-contractual enquiry (Article 6.1.b GDPR), not on the basis of consent. Analytics data is processed only with your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from the “Cookies” link in the site footer.

Who your data is shared with

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising. Contact-form emails reach only the controller’s own inbox, hosted by OVH, an EU-based provider. Site analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC; the resulting transfer of data outside the European Economic Area is covered by Google’s standard contractual clauses and its adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long your data is kept

• — Contact-form data is kept while your enquiry is handled and, if you book the services, for the duration of the professional relationship; if no booking follows, it is deleted within 12 months of the last contact.
• — The delivery-failure log is deleted automatically once 90 days pass without a new failure being recorded.
• — Google Analytics 4 cookies are kept for up to 14 months, Google’s standard retention period.
