Full answer

Sometimes a wedding changes at the last minute: the ceremony time is pushed back or brought forward, or the wedding moves to another date. When that happens, the first thing I do is look for a way to keep the service.

Why the service cannot always be guaranteed

The contract is signed for a specific day and time. If they change, whether the service can go ahead depends on the team and me being available at the new time. I always do everything possible to find the best solution, but I cannot guarantee it.

What happens to what has already been paid if there is no availability

If the wedding moves to another date and there is no availability for the new day, the contract already covers it: nothing that has been paid is refunded, neither the booking deposit nor the trial, if it has already taken place. That date was closed for that wedding and not offered to any other bride.
